Meet Dr. Zygmunt
Doctor Dorota Zygmunt graduated from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry in 1998 as a Doctor of Dental Medicine, having first completed undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Calgary.
After graduation, Dr. Zygmunt was involved in the Integrated Dental Practitioner Program at the UBC Dental Clinic as a clinical instructor to dental students, gaining exposure to difficult treatment cases, oral pathology, and medically compromised patients. Since then, she has been practicing dentistry in Burnaby and in Langley prior to opening her own dental practice in Surrey in 2007. Her goal is to offer the highest quality treatment in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
To achieve this, she spends a considerable amount of time in continuing education courses with the top clinicians in the field of dentistry. Dr. Zygmunt is a member of the Vancouver and District Dental Society, Prosthodontics and Implant Study Club, Occlusion and Esthetics Study Club, and VDEC Cosmetic Dentistry Study Group.
When Dr. Zygmunt is not spending time in the office, volunteering, or in Continuing Education classes, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movies, and just enjoying life.
